The reason I chose this class is because i want to learn more about the holocaust and what the Jews had to go through. I want to know more in depth then just that the Nazi's and other people killed Jewish people. I personal hope that when i leave this class that I will feel the pain the Jews did and not make racial jokes anymore. I do make jokes about racial things and now I know how the people feel. I am going to start being a lot nicer. I read a few books in 7th grade language arts and we did a whole lesson on the Holocaust. I was really into it and wanted to learn more. We as a class watched boy in the stripped pajamas and that was really sad. I felt what the little boy was going through and I can't believe that happened. I even liked it so much that I went home and ordered it on the television, I watched it at least 3 times.
